SSE specializes in training and advice in prevention and safety for any company or organization with staff in direct contact with customers or external service providers.

SERVICE IMPROVEMENT | RISK MANAGEMENT

Our training has a dual objective: to prevent and manage violence but also to improve customer relations through skills development :

basics of analysis behavioral (non-verbal)
psychology: pedagogy and negotiation
communication no violent (CNV)
personal protection techniques and observation
management of aggressive or violent individuals while respecting the law
role play and study of situations from the security world

The SSE team of trainers is made up of certified adult trainers, business specialists as well as international experts working with special units. and other police, security or emergency services such as Fred MASTRO (MDS - tactical defense ) and Christine Gagnon (CCCG) for science behavior (profiler).
